Handles stuck


I'm trying to replace the seats and springs on a 13 year old Delta mini-widespread faucet. I got the allen screw out but the handle won't budge. Does anyone have any tips to help me remove the handle without damaging it?

I found this via google, but I'm not sure it's simliar to your set up - but it is delta.
