Gurgling and slow draining.

Hey everyone. Just had a question. Figured out I would ask around before I tackled this myself so I'm not wasting my time.

I bought a ranch about 6 months ago. A couple months after I bought it, I had to have my lateral snaked because the floor drain in the basement was overflowing when someone took a shower. He inspected it and he found that one of my clay pieces was crushed but it was still letting stuff through.

I have a bathroom on the main floor, kitchen sink/garbage disposal, and a dishwasher.

In my basement I also have a bathroom with a shower which is right below my bathroom upstairs and also a laundry area which is right below my kitchen.

Any time someone takes a shower or runs the dishwasher, there is gurgling in either the kitchen sink or the laundry tub.

I was just curious if this was a vent issue or should I try snaking my lateral again? Snaking the lateral the first time didn't fix the gurgling sound either.

I can also get any pictures of piping if anyone needs any.

The gurgling sound you hear is from a slight or full obstruction in the vent. As the fixture drains it is literally gasping for air.

That's kind of what I figured. I was going to head up to the roof tomorrow and turn the hose on.
