Grohe Shower Head A112.18.1M

I am looking to clean this clogged shower head. So I use one of the solvents available? Do I take it apart and clean it? If I take it apart how is it done? I wouldn't want to break it.

Stick it in a bucket of CLR or I have heard vinegar works to breakup calcium to, overnight, should do the trick.
