Grease trap requirements and codes

Where can I find the documentation or codes for a grease trap installed in a deli? We have spent too much money trying to make the changes and we are continually told there are more changes to to be made. Thousands of dollars fixing and now we are being temporarily shut down for business at the beginning of our busy season. Where can I look for rules, regulations, specs, etc?

The County doesn't hide their requirements.
The plumbing dept will be happy to tell you the specific requirements...
have you asked *them* ?

Then get it put into writing.
Then speak with a good plumber about once and for all doing what's required.

There are also OTHER options to meet the code as well.

Grease trap requirements and codes

Depending on your location and store setup you may be in for a hell of a nightmare. Here grease traps requirements are set up and controlled by DERM,, Department Environmental Resources Management… Installation permits operating permits etc, monitoring and maintenance logs, post your location will try and help.
