Is this a good toilet? St. Thomas Creations Palermo

I'm possibly going to buy this because they are local, so I'll save the shipping fee.

I don't know anything about toilets. Other than the "repair kit" that Home Depot sells, sucks. I have to mess around with the toilet all the time.

Is this one missing anything other than the user manual and wax ring? Is it a good deal?

Make sure the trapway (inside the bowl of the toilet where you cannot see w/o a camera) is glazed.
