Not directly to that fitting. It isn't designed for that. You could cut in the proper tee above or below it. The next two questions you need to answer is where does that pipe go? Is it a vent or a drain line?

I'll check it out but I'm sure It's a drain because its right below kitchen.

My vote is for cutting a tee in above the cleanout.

Depending on what the c/o services you may have to branch and vent the new sink installation.
