general discussion--low water presure --instant heater

The hotwater supply in my house doesn't support 2 showers. Each one works well alone but there is insufficient water pressure to support both showers working at the same time. I have an instantenous Hot Water Heater. What can I do to correct this? Can I put a Pressure Pump after the HWS or before the HWS or do I need a different type of HWS?
