Gas water heater with a small pressurized tank on top

This small tank (Therm-x-trol) has sprung a pin sized leak in it, I have bled off the pressure and turned off the water to the heater. Is this easly replaced, or do I need a service to do it?

It's a pretty straight forward process. Could you post a pic so we could see what you're dealing with?

Turn off water and open faucet to relieve pressure. Unscrew old tank, apply teflon tape, screw on new tank.

Thank you for the help. Recieved the same info from a friend. Just saved $225.00 in labor from a service!

Also read the instruction sheet on pressurizing the tank, although they usually work OK out of the box.
