Gas furnance overflow

Why does the water come out of overflow on gas furnance?

Not so sure what you mean by "overflow". If you have a 90%+ high efficiency unit, then the water would be created by condensation of the flue gases. You can tell if it's a high efficiency unit if the vent piping for the unit is non-metallic (plastic, normally PVC).

Gas furnance overflow

By overflow, are you referring to the pressure relief valve? If so, then the pressure within your heating unit is too high, and something needs to be corrected to lower that pressure.
