gas coming out of faucet (hot water heater)
We're in a rural area and get our water from a well. HARD WATER. We have a kinetico system but I think the chemical composition of the water and the anode in water heater create some kind of a gas at slight pressure. If you're using hot water all day, no problem, but using first thing in the morning when you turn on the hot water spigot in any of our sinks, there is 2-3 seconds of spurting air/gas coming out of the faucet.
It's driving my wife nuts :)
Is there some type of valve device I can place in the hot water plumbing to let this build up of air/gas out of the lines? Something that is very similiar to an air release TACO valve that is on our boiler system?
