Garbage disposal tools

So..I'm buying a replacement disposer and am wondering if I will need any special tools and/or adpters to remove my old Kenmore and replace it with a new in-sink-erator. Thanks,

Screwdriver, Channel Locks, Putty, Flashlight, Band Aids, Possible Hammer.

Thats about all you will need.
