I'm renovating a house I intend to live in - it's gutted to the studs. There were no exterior hose bibs before, so I'm adding them. There are two places I want to add them but am unsure if it meets code. They are the best practical locations I can come up with.
The first one will come through a 4" exterior wall and the valve will be located inside an interior cabinet (on the warm side of the wall), above floor level. The other will come through a 4" exterior wall and the valve will be located underneath a laundry basin, above floor level.
