flowguard gold cpvc

Is there a difference in flowguard gold and other cpvc pipe? Also how to tell the difference.Thanks

flowguard gold cpvc

Couldn't tell you if one is better than the other. . . .

Every piece of pipe manufactured has to have the manufacturer's mark on it. It says FLOWGUARD GOLD in really huge letters all over it.

As far as I know flowguard is a brand. The glue is much better, but the pipe is pipe. The testing codes on the pipe (I believe it's ASTM######) will tell you if its the same stuff
