Flooded Drywell

I just had a 1200 gal drywell installed in my yard to drain my basement. I just found out that it flooded the other day after a heavy rain (high water table). How can I empty that out and keep it empty enough to drain my basement?

Flooded Drywell

You can't lower the water table, I don't care how much water you can pump at once.
