Flood proof Valves????


Does anyone have a recommended check valve for flood proofing, water heaters and softeners and laundry appliances. I have a friend who's all in one water softener resin tank burst last week and I have the same unit

Flood proof Valves????


Not aware of any mechanical check valve that will work, since faucets are opened full all the time, how would it know which is a broken pipe and which is normal. There are floor water sensors conected to a valve that close the valve when detecting water on the floor.

Just do NOT get a "Floodsafe" connection - they break

THIS IS WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR USE THE ONES FOR THE WATER

HEATER IT HAS A SENSOR THAT LAYS ON THE FLOOR AND IF IT GET A

EYE DROPPER OF WATER IT SHUTS OFF WATER AND SOUNDS A ALARM
