Can you run flex line for low pressure gas through a wall or floor?

Why would you want to? Gas pipe is cheap. Why risk a flex line fail later on inside a wall?

No. they sell stub out flanges for that. and thats for ccst like tracpipe etc. if you are asking about the flex you can get a the hardware store to hookup a range etc then again no.
