Flexible copper in attic space

Im putting in a new shower with some body jets. Instead of trying to turn a corner with rigid copper being worked through the corner studs, I was going to drill a hole in the top plate in between studs, run flexible copper into the atttic and back down the wall where I want the body jets to be. Then solder on a coupling and go back to rigid copper. Any problem with doing that? Anything a newbie should be aware of first?

Thanks for the help!

Would freezing be an issue where your at? I don't think I want anything to do with water in the attic in a cold environment.

Convert from rigid copper to pex, bend your corner, take the pex to the jet.
