Which fitting should I use to tap 3/4-cpvc to 1/2-pex

Below is a picture of what I have to work with. The lines on the left come from a 1/2 bath and the lines on the right are for a bar sink. I have purchased solvent cpvc to crimp pex connectors to go from cpvc to pex.

How should I attach the 2 pex cold and 2 pex hot lines to the 3/4 cpvc.

Two tee fittings on the hot and two on the cold cpvc line?
Put the 1/2 pexs together and just one tee fitting on the cold and one on hot?
Any other suggestions.

Use a 3/4 x 3/4 x 1/2 shark bite connector for each.

That would be the simplest

You don't see many of them but I have used CPVC x PEX adpter. Pretty straight forward.

To each their own. But it wouldn't bother me to use them at all. Just did the same thing to a client's house last night.

I don't use them all the time but have used them for atleast 5 yrs with no problems

Simple and easy and they do work
