Finding a leak - HELP!

I started seeing mold in a baseboard in my laundry room and decided to cut out that section of the baseboard and some of the dry wall so it would stop wicking the water up the wall. I noticed that there was humidity on the concrete slab but saw no leaks in the pipe in that side of the wall. I now have noticed mold growing on the wall perpendicular to the original moldy wall and don't know how to go about finding the leak (which I suspect is the source of the problem) without having to gut the whole room. Does anyone have any ideas of how I can do this? (pleeeeeeease)
