Finding brand/parts for Jacuzzi Tub

My house was built in 2001 in Houston, TX (Pulte Home).

The tub in the master bath has jets, but when we bought the house the switch (air switch I believe) was stuck in the depressed position. I don't seem to have an access panel to get into the bottom of the tub where the motor/air-switch are.

Here is a shot of the tub and its depressed button: http://i.imgur.com/YTDoJ.jpg

I was wondering if someone could help me identify the button (looks like this one: http://www.whirlpooltubparts.com/sho...gordon-15.html) and maybe give me some pointers for fixing/testing it and if it can be done without an access panel...

Thanks
