Final drain test, tricks to finding the leak

Trying to get my plumbing system to hold for the final plumbing test. My city using the water level test, where you cap and plug the system and raise the level of water in 1 toilet and it should stay up. Any tricks to locating the leaks? I have redoped each trap and reset several toilets. Still no luck.
