feed lines

Hey guys. I was wondering if its a good idea to run water feed lines through the floor? I have a pier and beam house and I would really hate having to cut out walls, etc when I can just go straight through the floor. What do yall think?

It's againt code to run the lines through the floor anymore.
It also make it easyer to clean around the toilet if there's no line in the way.
