Faucet not working....

I was replacing a faucet and lines on the main floor of a two story house. Not knowing I had the water shutoff, my daughter turn on a faucet in an upstairs bathroom, sending water that was in the pipes all over me. After completing the replacement and turning hte water back on, I noticed all faucets were working properly except for the faucet in that bathroom. No Pressure? What can I do to get it working?

Thanks

I would try taking the strainer off that particular faucet to see if it filled with grit. more then likely that is the problem. unless you shut off a valve that you later forgot to open
