Exterior Vent Pipe Cover?

Hello and thank you for the great forum. I had a quick question regarding a few of my exterior vent pipes in the roof (e.g., radon pipe, bathroom vent etc) which are not covered with wire mesh or something to block animals from going in. Exterior Vent Pipe Cover?

air from vents is room temp so shouldn't pose a problem as far as snow/ice are concerned and even if it did...easy to remove....

Exterior Vent Pipe Cover?

Thank you. I would prefer not to have any build up if at all possible so is the answer NOT to have a cover?
