Extending Line to Washer/Add shutoff

Upon our recent home inspection, we now have a few plumbing fixes. Our current shutoffs for our washer are located in the basement, and we need to extend them up to the first floor (directly above where they are currently) and add shutoffs right at the washer. We're trying to get an idea what this might typically cost, but no places give us estimates on service calls, only on major remodels.

current system is copper with roughtly 6-10 ft needed to get to the washer upstairs, plus shut off

Any plumbers or others have an idea what we might be looking at cost wise?

Since this is a DIY site I'm going to suggest you make the repair yourself. It sounds like an easy one. But then, I haven't seen the project. That is also why I won't attempt to price it. Could only take an hr, maybe half a day. Perhaps your main shut off won't close 100% It might need replacement too.
I have worked service, it's not advisable to price over the phone nor over a forum. But if you want to save some money, upload some pictures and guys will walk you through the repair

THanks. I would be doing this DIY if I could, but the buyers of our home want this done as part of the inspection and want it done by a licensed plumber, which I am not.

Unless you're absolutely desperate to sell the house to this particular buyer, knock off $500 and offer it "as is."
