extending csst to reach manifold

I am stubing in a 1/2 csst pipe for a direct vent wall heater. May I join two csst pieces in the crawl space in order to reach the manifold? The total run is approximately 85 ft and the longest pipe I have is 75 feet so I would like to add 10 feet near the manifold.
