Existing Basement Rough In

First and foremost thanks for all the information I have already found on this site, it has made my life a little easier.
I have a question about existing rough in plumbing in my basement.
Currently I have a 1.5" pipe 16" away from the framed out wall, I think this is for a bathtub, the next pipe I have is 3" andit's 48" away from the framed out wall, Toilet I assume, the last pipe is 2" Aand is 69" away from wall and possibly sink.
The 1.5" and the 2" pipe are in a straight row with the 3" pipe being set ahead of the other two. If I meaqsure 13" off the back wall (not in as of yet) that will put both the smaller pipes outside the wall and rigt up against the back wall in the room. I thought the pipes should all be in a wall at least the two smaller ones, I understand the toilet pipe needs to be in the room.
How would I begin to frame in this section of the basement.
I have attached a picture so that it might paint a clearer picture. The 2X4 (should be back wall in bathroom) is exactly 13" from the center of the 3" pipe.

No tub drain--powder room set up is my guess.

Toilet --sink--vent---

A tub drain will have a P-trap---add water to the pipes and check--tub drain would also be in front of the wall by 2 or 3 inches and have a boxed out place in the slab for the tub drain--it needs to be below the slab---Mike---

Thanks, I will add water and see if there is a trap, if not I guess I need to bust up the concrete and add one?????
Would I also need to do the same for the sink drain???

Yep--it's not that bad of a job---the worst part is hauling the jack hammer up and down the stairs and hauling out the old concrete.

Jack hammer rental--$55or so for a day---one hour jacking--one hour digging--plumbing--1 1/2 hours or more if you need to run off for parts.

I assume I need to do that for all three drains, in order for each to have a P trap, correct???

no just for tub. toilet trap is in the bowl and sink trap is inside of cabinet. is there a pipe in the ceiling"between floor joist" for vent connection. if one of the pipes after pouring water in it hold water then that has trap and you can get a above floor rough-in tub.

be careful my advice only comes from general knowledge i know about the 4 rules it takes to plumb and they are
1 poop needs to flow down hill. 2 hot on left cold on right
3 i get a pay check on Mondays 4 do not chew finger nails at or after work.

I might recommend getting a $20 DIY How-to Plumbing book from Home Depot and reading it to get a better grasp of plumbing.

I wouldn't even rent a jackhammer for that little bit. Skill saw/angle grinder with a diamond blade.

Cheaper yet, have any buds with the above tools who like beer?

Thanks, I have already looked at the books at Home Depot and maybe I could get away with just a skill saw for the small square hole I need.
