Is it easy to replace a deck mounted tub spout?

Hello again,
I posted a similar question here last week I think, but that was before I found a deck mounted spout with threads where the water comes out. Can I easily replace the existing deck mounted spout with the one I found?
Thanks

It's easy if the new spout was made by the same manufacturer as the old spout - same make/same model. If not, it probably won't be "easy".

Thanks Ishmael,
I will have to check it to see if they're made by the same manufacturer. The one I found online is by Price Pfister.
