Question

DWV fitting above concrete floor

i was wondering if there is a code regulation how high at least a DWV pipe fitting has to be above concrete. i was gonna have one pretty much flush with the floor but was skeptical because what if someone wanted to change it and cut the pipe right below the fitting, there would be no "male" part to mount on. in my common sense, a foot or so would be recommended but wasn't sure.

thanks in advance.
