Drop-in tub access panel?

Hello, I'm installing a drop in tub in a framed in tub surround. I'm getting ready to tile the tub surround and I'm wondering, do I need to put in an access panel? It's not a jacuzzi tub, so there is no electrical or motor that will need to be accessed. The tub will be sitting on a cement slab. Once the plumbing is hooked up and checked for leakage, I don't see a need for future access.
Any thoughts?

Access

Use your own common sense, someday , sometime, someone, will have to get to that setup , reason unknown but I know they will.
Leave an access to get at it.

Yes, you are correct. I was just finishing hooking up all of the plumbing and was thinking of everything that could start leaking, loosen up, etc.

I will be putting in an access panel.

Thank you.
