Dripping two handle bathroom sink faucet?

First post here....

Real home reno newb so bear with me....

Got a bathroom sink faucet that keeps dripping, not constant but ever few second. I used a screwdriver to tighten up the screws on the top of the knobs but that didn't do anything.

What would this be and what is the fix?

Thank you in advance

Dripping two handle bathroom sink faucet?

the screws hold the handle on,,,,,,, most likely you need to change out the washer, or cartriage,, shut the water off to both faucets. open up the handles, most likely need an adjustible wrench, unscrew the whole faucet handle, at the bottom there will be a washer that you can take with you to the store to get a new one. You can also get the brand name off the faucet and google it for diagrams of parts.
