Default Drains - my mere touch makes them fall apart

Last house I went in the crawlspace to figure out where the drains went
Wanted to move the sink & DW - trade places
The entire PVC drain system virtually fell apart
Not a sign of purple anywhere
Cleaned primed & put everything back together

This house I had a plumber redo the drain up to the washing machine
The sink & washer setup would be redone when the kitchen was renovated
Well I went down to check & figure out the new vent stack
There was still some cast in there, properly supported...so I thought
Basically everything to left of the cast (farther from vent) came apart
And black ooze started coming out, 2" pipe fully jammed with this stuff
Another quick fix...again not a sign of purple
It will all need to be ripped out & done right
Once the kitchen renovation starts & the location of the sink/DW are finalized my plumber will have more work to do

Hopefully the kitchen sink will drain better after this
It's an S trap & is not vented
The washing machine only has an AAV vent, hopefully that can change too

I'll have to take some pics of the goo

I'd love to have not touched them
But better to find it now then on a Holiday or late weekend nite

Pics of the goo - probably close to a quart - didn't catch it all
Then the old CI - jammed full still from one end to the other
Wife wanted a garbage disposal - no freekin' way

Oh & the added joy to the whole thing?
The CI was not actually fully "in-wall"
So when I pulled it out it left a gap going into the kitchen
There was only a thin coat of plaster over the pipe from the kitchen

So now a hole from the unfinished not fully enclosed & cold garage into the kitchen
So 2 days of lost work Temp fixing junk that will need to be redone by a plumber
I have other things I wanted to do

The old electric was original to the house from the 50's at this house
A hack did the wiring at my last house - live wires all over, one in the yard

I've redone almost all of the wiring at this house & brought everything up to code

The original CI pipe from this end of the house to the other was replaced with PVC at some point
It would seem that a plumber was not involved or it was done a long time ago
This problem was in a short 3' long area...of course over the dryer
So I was grabbing cardboard boxes & junk to protect the dryer as the goo was spewing out
I used a spoon attached to a long pipe to get more gunk out
Smells real nice....of course the cat litter box is down there too

My plumber actually said to just make do when he was here
Until the kitchen is renovated & sink & DW moved no sense in redoing it only to have to redo it again

I'll have an access clean-out port in the garage now
So in the Spring I'll stuff a hose down there to flush it out fully
