drain stand pipe adding sink

Hello all, I'm wanting to add a sink to this drain pipe that is for the washer. I would assume there is a ptrap under the Slab? Is it possible to add a sink to this? what would need to be done. Would this need to be vented as well? This would be just like a utility sink which would have a ptrap under the sink.

I looked down pipe water sitting at very bottom. Would that mean there is a ptrap then?

If you see standing water, then should mean there's a P trap there. Just for additional confirmation I'd suggest pouring a bucket of water down the stand pipe, then look for standing water again.

That worked so how would I go about installing a sink to this?

Cut it down to proper height and add laundry tub w/ P trap over top. Just let laundry discharge into tub and you're good to go.

Can I add like a y to the top and have the washer drain into one part so I don't have the washer going into laundry tub since the sink will be about a foot to the left
