Drain king vs Snake

Suppose that you have a tub or bathroom sink that is not draining as fast it should. What is better to use, a drain king or a snake? Mostly you hear people saying that they called a plumber to snake their drain but if a drain king is as effective you can open a bathroom or kitchen window and for $15 do it yourself. Does a drain king risk breaking a pipe more than a plumbing snake?

I have a tub and a sink that are not draining properly (same bathroom) and wondering what is my best course of action.

And what should be done regularly to improve? Anything non-chemical to pour down the drains to keep things orderly? I have heard vinegar and baking soda and hot water? Thanks.

I had to google it I call it a blow bag
A blow bag will push water up the vent or tub overflow

If it is mainly hair clogs, google Zip-it drain cleaning tool.
It's sorta gross to do, but it's cheap, reusable, chemical free, and does a great job of getting hair clogs out of drains.
