Does this look right?


I don't know a lot but I do know some basics about renos and general,construction. And I know that what was being done there does not look right... At all!

Just had to get some actual feedback to back up my suspicions.

All that's left is a handicapped washroom, and I am sure that might not go right. Given what I see here.

It's really pretty simple..Fire whoever did that and hire a Plumber!

Yes you should have a vent out the roof. I would contact your local building department and proceed to sue whoever did your work without permits. I don't think Canada is that flacky with the code.

Well, looks like it is getting all torn up. The guys who did this, let go and new guys coming in to clean up the mess.

Hard to believe but the one guy who is in charge of this was trying to justify to my boss that this was all done right.

Tell your boss to make sure he sees all the permits on the job. Down in the states working without a permit on a commercial job is a very serious issue for those who are caught. The one who is primarily responsible is the building owner.
