does this configuration sound about right?

I've been doing a lot of research and I just wanted to bounce my final plan off someone. We have a 1" coming in that I wanted to branch off to 3/4" each at the hot water and cold water. Planning on doing a hybrid homerun/ manifold system where at each of our "major intersections" (1 for master, 1 for secondary bath, and one for the kitchen and washing machine) manifolds. Each fixture would branch off at 1/2". We're doing it in PEX and we're about 30ft from the road. 1600ft house. Sound about right?
