do they make a PVC 4" "T" with a 2" off the side?

I am in the process of changing out Cast iron to PVC.

The cast iron had a "T" with a cleanout plug but on the side it has a 2" spot where a galvanized drain line was screwed in. the galvanized is shot.. I cant get it out of the cast iron

So the plan is to change the whole thing out. Do they something like this in PVC? what would it be called
4x4x4x2?

thanks

Supply houses carry all kinds of fittings and every house has different fittings.

You could use 4" T or a Y and connect the 2" pipe with a 2"X4" reducer also!
