Do I really need a 4" pipe for this island?

I live in NY and we follow the 2010 ICC plumbing code.

My question relates to the distance from an island sink to the stack vent, and which I plan on loop venting.

On the attached diagram, the total length of the arrows between the sink and the vent stack is 16' (I need to move at right angles to stay within the floor joists). When I look at table P3105.1, I see that Maximum Distance of Fixtures Trap from Vent for a 4" line is 16'.

Am I reading this correctly? Do I really need a 4" waste pipe for my island sink?

I've also read that the air vent for the island can be any distance from the island. Is this correct?

Any advice is appreciated.
