Do I need to Vent this 2" tub drain?

This 2" tub drain (see pics) is vented through the vanity sink with a dry vent downstream. Then that 2" drains to a 3" line then downstream is the toilet then the stack.

Any pro willing to advise?

Please see pics (need to fill in the http at the beginnning)

Thanks in advance
