Disposal+mini glass cup=major problems

So I went to rince out my out disposal and it started going crazy. I quickly shut it off and found a demolished mini cup (the size of a shotglass) inside and the blades ripped out and are no where to be seen. If anyone knows how I could fix this please let me know, I need to fix this before the roomies come home in a few days!

normally even larger foreign objects don't quickly destroy the disposal. I recommend first getting all hard large debris from the unit. Then instead of looking for the blades try testing the unit. Put some ice or veggies down it and see if it works. Some of the disposals I have seen don't have what you normally would think a blade should look like they use the speed and crushing ability of the flinging arms inside. So try it if is doesn't work the best solution for a broken disposal is replacement as repair could easily get into a lot of unusual labor and hard to find parts. I guess a disposal is somewhat disposable. Sorry to hear about the loss of your mini cup
