Delta 578-SSWF

I have a Delta -578-SSWF faucet and I can't tell which connector tube is cold and which one is hot. One is longer with an intentional flat spot. Can someone tell me?

Face the faucet as if it were installed. Hot is always on the left and cold on the right.
Good Luck!
