Damaged new PVC shower pan

Oops!
While tiling the ceiling of the shower, one of the tiles fell and missing my protective covering, put a ding right in the middle of the curb at the door. Not big, about half the size of a pencil eraser. Any thoughts on how to at least, diminish the ding?

1. Use a sharp knife and trim away deformed material forming burrs or rough edges.

2. From a scrap piece of PVC pipe or elbow whittle a piece to fill the ding.

3. Use PVC glue to seal the piece into the ding.

4. After it hardens, trim away burrs or rough edges.

Like building a plastic model airplane.

Models

Alan, thanks for the idea.
My customer is actually a model builder and I may request his assistance. I may use a Dremel to hone out. It's a bit of micro surgery.
