Damaged Main Drain Line?

Last November I had a tree taken down in my fron yard. A log fell and broke the cap to the cleanout that is in the front yard. The tree guy replaced the cap but how can I be sure the main drain line was not damaged? I fear it might since I've noticed the grass to be a little greener in this area. All my drains seem to be flowing freely and there is no backup into my basement.
Should I be concerned?

Thankyou.

If there's no cause for concern, don't be too concerned.

That being said, many plumbers have the capability of running a camera down your sewer to see if there is damage. It might be worth doing just for your peace of mind.
