culligan water system

I have a culigan softener that runs continuously. I have unplugged it and tried to reprogram it but the water runs through it non stop I even shut down the well pump. the only way to stop flow is to bypass the whole system. what do I try next they want $125 for service call.

culligan water system

Sounds like it's stuck on backflush - happened to me years ago.

culligan water system

Depending on the age of the unit, it might have broken the white plastic link that pushes in the piston or the seal pack and piston could have a problem and letting water to the drain.

Depending on your skill level as to doing it your self or having the culligan person doing it, or another shop that works on culligan.
