If in the brine draw part of the regen cycle there is water coming from the valve , that is wrong it should be trying to pull ones finger in if you put a finger tip on the white fitting there at the valve body.

If the injector is clean it should pull suction.
Reasons again, brine piston in white housing bad, main piston bad?
Or the white cam on top of the motor is stopping early or late for correct line up of brine piston.

WERE USING SALT!!!! Just wanted to report back. Thanks for all your help. Can't pinpoint which thing it was maybe combination of all. I mean all rings and parts on new looked and functioned like old , all screens and parts were clean...last thing I did was raise the float about a foot! Figuring it pretty extreme and I should see results and few cycles later and I see big dent in salt and can feel water soft again. Not sure on proper setting for float but will play with it a bit. Thanks again.
