crane dial-eze

I hava a set of crane wall mounted kitchen faucets from the seventy's that have worked very well. The stem assembly on both hot and cold have been replaced, but lately the hot side has to be tightened more and more to grt the water to stop dripping. These are the dial-eze reverse compression stems and am wondering if there is a washer that can be replaced or do I need to replace the whole stem again.

crane dial-eze

Why not contact Crane and ask them. They may even send you a replacement for free.
