cost to plumb new const.

Looking for a cost range to plumb a new construction house from a well and septic set up. Its a rambler with full basement, (unfinished), a simple kitchen and two 3-fixture simple baths, (meaning no spas or anything). 40 gal nat gas WH, mechanicals are under kitchen at one end, running about 30 feet to baths. Oh, I'm in Minnesota (if anyone is in the area). Any ideas would be appreciated!

Make some calls in your local area, there's no way anyone here can guess at something like that here.
Even if someone did guess and give you a price what good would that do? It would be wrong and you still would have to make the calls.
Not trying to be mean it's just a simple fact.

I can only tell you if it were here in Florida, cost is estimated by fixture units, $500.00 to $700.00 per unit. custom rough's more. but like Joecaps said check with contractors in your area.

Should have been more clear. I have already gotten bids here. Just wondering what it is like in other areas. Things are so different all over I was just curious.

That is just so difficult --Your local bids are the best bet---make sure you have an 'apples to apples' comparison---

I always give the edge to a contractor that I know,even if his price is a bit above the others---

Honest contractors are often higher on a bid,as they tend to include everything needed to complete the work at the price quoted.

Often inexperienced or dishonest bids are missing something needed---and you can end up with some surprise costs before the job is finished--
