cost for 2nd floor bathroom

Hello,
I am putting a bathroom in my attic as part of a remodel. I was very happy to see that the plumbing was roughed in when the house was built 60 years ago, so there is the sewage drain line and two copper water lines already there. What kind of ballpark should I expect to pay for someone to tie in the plumbing in the half basement, plumb for the toilet within the joists it already sits in, plumb for a bathtub and double sink, and hook up the appliances that I buy when ready? I have one quote of 3,200 but am not sure if this is a good price. Thanks in advance.

FWIW- With materials and all the valves - That sounds about right (at least for my area) Anyone else?
