Default Converting to Propane for cooking

I am looking to do a remodel of my kitchen and would like to add a gas (propane) stove, right new I have electric. My problem is my home is on a slab so I can not run pipes underneath.

Option one relocate stove.. Is it possible / legal to run pipes into the attic and down an inside wall?

Or leave stove where it is I would have to run along the outside wall under a porch and come through an outside wall.

Would a local propane company do the piping for a discount where I will be a new customer or would I need to call a plumber? I will not mess with gas myself not that dumb.

What am looking at for a ball park cost…I’m only looking at about 30 ft of piping.

thanks !
