cold water radiator

Does anyone have any idea why my radiator is cold ? I have bled it and there is no air in it, all of the pipes around it are hot and the radiator valve is set to full on.

thanks in advance, "Freezing in rugby."

cold water radiator

is it hot on the system side of the radiator valve? If so the valve may have gone bad. There is still the possibility of air, also check if you have zone valves that one of them has not gone bad or a broken wire.Usually there is a manual over ride with zone valves, if you can find the correct one try to do that and see what happens
